With any module or system you will have an entire menu of services available to you. Some of these are included some are optional. We offer a solution based upon what each clents needs. A list of services Follows:

Training - We pride ourselves on offering detailed on-site user training. We come to your site install and setup the systems then train all users of each command in each system. We show you how to use, report, import and export your data. We suggest refresher course periodically for new and previously trained staff to keep them up on the most current system features.

Customization - Many clients require changes to our system to meet specific requirements that they may have . We gladly will quote these projects and when accepted perform whatever changes are needed to see that each user recives the maximum benefit from any system.

Migration - As clients move from an old system or platform to another they may require the movement of data from and to their new system. We are pleased to offer this service so you do not loose historical data which you may require in the future.

Integration - Clients in many cases have a module or system that they wish to keep and have it integrated to one or more of our modules. This again is a service which we are pleased to provide. There may be programs written to ead and write to and from modules or we may use tools and utilities such as ODBC driver interfaces to move data.

Conversions - As we offer true open system, that is our solutions can operate on many different platforms, we can convert your application from say MPE to Windows or Windows to Linux with relatively little effort. This allows you not to have to purchase new software if you find that a new platform will better suite your needs in the future.  

Web Design - We can help you setup a web site and maintain it as you grow. As you may know Ship4u uses the web to allow you to order and ship products.
